headcanon words

( choso is...... the epitome of gentle, especially when it comes to humans or those who are younger than him (visibly. doesn't matter if you're 700 years older than him, his own sense of Visible age/Actual age is skewed, the man's over 150 years old.)

why? maybe, deep down, he's lowkey worried he might hurt someone. he's half curse, after all, and his father was a monster of a man. maybe somewhere in there, there's the nagging worry that his curse side will hurt others - physically, mentally, emotionally. the possibility is always there as with any being, but a curse is, well, a curse. it is made to harm and hinder.

maybe it's because he lived so long with nothing and no one but 8 younger siblings, scared and all alone except for each other. maybe he was scared, too, but he was the eldest. he had to be brave and kind and oh so gentle with his little siblings. even when he gained a human form, he thought of the remaining six who could not walk among the living with him. even then, he was brave and caring for them, because they would know if he faltered. he could not falter, for them.

maybe he is gentle to make up for the violence that comes from being a sorcerer. ..technically. or to make up for the violence he committed in shibuya that fateful night.. maybe it's to connect better with his half-brother, the human he almost killed out of revenge.

maybe that's just what happens when you create a powerful curse with a human nature. after all, if the curse is the worst of humanity, why couldn't his human behaviours then be the best humanity has to offer? )

🩷 ( textures... are not especially a big factor? he's up for feeling all kinds of things in general, considering he's had an intense lack of physical contact for over a century. if he decides he doesn't like something, he'll probably say so? though he's honestly more likely to give it the benefit of the doubt, honestly.. maybe bring it up later. though, if your bed feels like you ate a pack of crackers in there beforehand, he's not about to stay there. )

💙 ( safety is kind of a big deal for him, actually, though it isn't for himself. his blood is dangerous, and (pretending he's done Anything,) he knows he can be gentle, he also knows he's a bit of a pushover in those sorts of situations, so if someone wants to bite.. he kind of needs to know that you're not going to bite too hard or you're able to actually..... handle the awful, dangerous poison running through his veins ....it's. like 97% in regard to his blood, let's be real )

💙 ( choso is the biggest contributor to this. still assuming he's done anything. or does. you know. he will aftercare the Hell out of the other person if he can. alternatively....... he will very much appreciate the aftercare directed at himself.. it is a very important part of bedroom activities for him, regardless of who's on the receiving end. it shows that you care beyond.. The Body. there isn't one thing that's better than others in terms of aftercare.. you just show you care and he'll be happy.. or let him show he cares )

headcanon questions

( easiest way to set him off is insulting his family - whether his fellow blood paintings, or yuji. and he won't bother hiding it - he's a family man (except for when it comes to his father, understandably) )

( unless he's already sitting and still, no, not really. he smells too Not Like a Human for most critters, save for the most friendly of beasts. )

( he.. knows he's working to live as a human, but he also knows he isn't, so he doesn't really normally consider it..? besides familial love, but that feels more instinctual to him - but considering how excited he gets when yuji even Calls him his brother, he's a bit.. surprised when someone actually does... if that makes sense? does he think he's worthy of it, though? maybe not really. he's working to be worthy of it, though, i think )

( his love language is definitely acts of service ! he isn't the biggest on physical affections (spending 150 years in a jar will do that to you) but he'll do anything he can for someone he cares about, from simply making food, cleaning something for them, buying a little something he's found that makes him think of them.. little things (: )

( i'd like to imagine choso using his knowledge of wing king and creating wings out of blood the way shadow does out of chaos energy. can they actually make him fly? i mean. no, probably not. i think it might hurt people in like a 5 mile radius. but i like to consider.... a blood angel choso, held aloft by massive, beautiful, ever-shifting blood red wings..... )
