Me in the snow last week!
Feeling sorry for myself today.
I won’t see my mum for a week now, but on the plus side I get to stay with auntie Lindsay again!
Yesterday I joined in singing with the clients. Everyone had so much fun joining in and waving the flags. I can’t wait to do it again!
Had my 1:1 meeting yesterday with the boss!
Watch this video of my good friend Debbie training and teaching me new skills at Headway Swindon! Debbie attends Headway Swindon once a week and trains me for 45 minutes when she’s here. This week she is teaching me to stay where I am until she calls for me. Then I have to sit and lay down before I’m rewarded with my favorite treat...CHEESE!
This is the video of me being trained to go to my mat whenever I feel anxious - It will help me to realise it is a place to calm down and relax. It was only my second time being trained to do this and got I rewarded with lots of treats and cuddles so I think I got it right! Keep watching to see what I’ll be learning from Karen next week.
