If you slipped — it doesn’t mean you failed. It means you tried.
We’re taught to see “slip-ups” as failure. Like everything is ruined. Like we have to start over again. But let me ask you: how much strength does it take to keep going? How much courage does it take to try again?
Everyone who’s ever healed has had setbacks. You ate late at night? That doesn’t mean you’re weak. You fell back into old habits or forgot your water? That doesn’t erase your effort. You’re tired — because you’re moving.
For years, I hated myself every time I slipped. Until I realized — slipping is part of the path too. It shows you where it hurts. Where you need softness. And that means it matters.
In Step 7 of my gentle guide, I talk about motivation without pressure. About how to come back to yourself, even when everything feels messy. It’s not “get up and fight” — it’s “get up and hold yourself”. And yes — it actually works.
