Wraps!!! I used lettuce, chicken, Apple, gluten free tortillas, craisins, and walnuts along with a vinaigrette!! Yummy!! Best when cold!
When to a local cafe called Seedling! They make healthy all natural wraps and salads for lunches!! It's so cute because each wrap has its own name! I got the "Jeff" wrap which had apples, chicken, craisins, toasted walnuts, toasted pecans, cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a wheat tortilla!! Delicious and filling!!
Kale Wrap
Last Sunday morning, I was totally famished when I got home after the shopping in the weekend market with mother in law, so I decided to make myself a quick wrap before I put away the grocery.
This is simply an organic wholewheat wrap lined with a little carrot hummus and filled with chopped freshly bought kale and tomatoes. Pretty good hunger fix before our lunch!
Quick Weekday Dinner - Vegan Wrap
A quick dinner made sometimes in April. Meshed potatoes, topped with carrots, steamed kale, and home made guacamole all wrapped in an organic wheat wrap. Simple, delicious, and very fulfilling.
Unfortunately I was too greedy trying to wrap all the goodness together in one go and the whole thing disintegrated halfway while we were eating them... Still finger lickingly tasty, literally!
