Good #morning! Breakfast today is an omelette made with two whole eggs, frozen spinach and peppers fried in @coconutmerchant cocout oil. I had this with two slices of wholegrain seed bread from @tescouk - my absolute fave at the moment. #Omelette is a great way to add protein into your breakfast in the mornings and spices up your life from constant boiled eggs. I think many people forget the importance of #protein in a good, #healthy diet. When heading down the #eatclean or #healthyeating route, we think carbs need to be cut and salad is the only thing we should have for lunch. This is really not the way to go. Each #meal should have a balace of comolex carbohydrates (wholegrain pasta, bread, brown rice), lean protein (chicken, eggs,fish) and healthy fats (avocado, greek yogurt).
