You know that you need to move on but you just...can’t. No matter what they did to you and how much you try to rationalize it. It’s terrifying, honestly. Knowing that you could be on the road to recovery and then they do one single thing that tears all that progress down. And it’s terrible how all that power is given to the wrong person.”

“What it takes is time...and distance. You have to focus on what you need and what you want in life and try your hardest to stay away from whatever low life broke your heart. Because if they did anything to you to break that heart, then they don’t deserve your time of day. It will hurt to be away from them - I know that feeling - but it’s something you need to do.”

“And then...maybe one day you’ll wake up and know that everything’s going to be okay. And maybe you’ll find someone that is worth of holding your heart in their hands.”
