Please be careful

From my own experience, if its hot or humid where you live, please be drinking enough water and eating good foods. I went to band camp today my first day and almost had a heat stroke and just about passed out like 3 times. Honestly one of the scariest moments of my life. So please please be careful and don't overdo it
