Rescue bot sparkling #3: Seabell

Seabell is the sparkling of Chase and Heatwave. They aren't interested in being a rescue bot however they do sometimes help in water rescues. They spend a lot of time at the academy learning under Perceptor's guidance. Any time that isn't spent at the academy is spent on Hightide's ship researching the local sea life. Seabell is quiet but not shy. Their alt mode is a submarine.
