Heathers UK

Okay I’ve seen a lot of negativity towards Heathers UK, but I went to see it anyway, and oh my god. I can’t put into words how good it was. The American accents were surprisingly good and the singing was phenomenal. Carrie Hope Fletcher was amazing as always, and I loved the new songs (especially “I Say No”)

Okay so I’m going to list a few of my favorite things about the show: (spoilers btw)

• All of Beautiful

• Kurt and Ram’s (b)romance was actually kinda cute. They were inseparable in every scene.

• Veronica had so much expression... you could really understand what she was thinking. And the relationship made a lot of sense.

•Heather Chandler was always just kind of around watching and she was just so elegant even when she wasn’t (if that makes sense) idk I just love her

• JD was surprisingly creepy. He would like grab Veronica and smile really creepily at the audience.

•Dead Girl Walking was hot! Like dammmnn

• Heather M is so short and she is just an amazing cinnamon roll (Also she reminded me of Kristen Chenowith so much)

• Heather Dukes new song (I think it was called Never Shut Up Again) ... OMG IT WAS SUCH A BOP

• Mrs. Fleming literally just pointed out this guy in the third row at the “I’m ending our affair” part and the guy just looked so embarrassed and mood.

• Damn Martha can sing!

•I Love My Dead Gay Son was sooooooo good. In the middle they just started full on making out and they flashed rainbow lights everywhere, and they were wearing rainbow ties.

• No 👏 but 👏 I 👏 say👏 no 👏 is 👏 so 👏 good👏 and 👏 Carrie 👏 has 👏 the 👏 voice 👏 of 👏 an 👏 angel

• Okay so this isn’t really about the show but JD was just staring at me all through Meant to be Yours and it was great (he also had the voice of an angel)

• okay so at the last song Heather M was just nodding along and was trying to be friends with Heather D, but was rejected. It was so sad and cute, but don’t worry she went and hugged Martha after.

It was so good!!! If you get the chance I definitely recommend seeing it.

I have a spare ticket to Heathers the musical on the West End on the 8th September to the evening show (next next weekend). It was £40. Anyone want to take it?!!? Really don’t want to see it go to waste!

Last night was BIG FUN! ❤️💚💛💙 Last Wednesday my boyfriend surprised me with tickets to see @heathersmusical tour! We watched it last night & it was so good! I only knew a little about it that I'd seen on social media - because I hoped I'd get to see it live so as not to spoil it all for myself! - & I'm glad I did because it was full of surprises! The songs are so catchy & it was such a brilliant cast! There were a couple of moments that I wasn't too sure on, but those were part of the TWs... ❤️💚💛💙 My only disappointment is that this is the first musical I've ever not been able to buy a programme for! A member of staff told me that they're not selling them till later in the tour...that is wild to me! Definitely would've loved to have had one! 📕📗📒📘 Have you seen Heathers?
