Different day and different type of bed. There may be a heat wave in Ireland right now but I’m stuck on the couch under a blanket. With a very happy N dog-Damn I missed that girl! Surprisingly I’m not under a running ban! I have 8 weeks to come back to whatever level of normal Im capable of and then I’m back in for further tests. However I’m so far behind my marathon training plan it’s scary, and the next few weeks (if I’m lucky) will be filled with short, slow runs. I’m not giving up on October’s Marathon yet, but right now reality is casting a rather heavy cloud over it 😓
