Oscar prefers to show, not tell. He gets a kick out of having the power and capability to show everyone that you’re his, instead of boasting about it with no action to back it up.

In short, he believes physically showing his claim on you sends a message that words are meaningless to.

Plus, he thinks it’s pretty fucking hilarious when he gets to see that one guy at the Santos’ party react to him taking you by the waist and guiding you to grind on him to the rhythm of the blasting music. Especially after you rejected the guy numerous times.

I mean, can you blame him for wanting to show others that you’re his, and will never be theirs? Oscar can only tolerate so much of silently observing men express their desire for you and that body he’d mark with hickeys only hours before.

It’s only about time before he’s walking up to you from behind, stopping whatever you may be in the middle of doing and letting his rough hand tug on your hair to lean your head back, planting a hungry kiss right in front of everyone.

Or when he notices one of the Santos staring a little too hard whenever you wear those short fucking shorts when the suns out and about. He’ll always find a way to slide his hand over your thigh, giving it a tight squeeze that makes you quietly yelp.

And once he gets a bit too close in between your thighs after the Santo redirects his gaze elsewhere, a whisper along the lines of “Not in front of everyone, Oscar.” would leave your lips with a furrowed brow.

But it was to nobody’s surprise when Oscar would only respond to you with a low chuckle, maybe even whispering a sorry into your ears.

But we all know he isn’t really sorry.

If he was really sorry, there wouldn’t be countless other times where he’s pulled you onto his lap whenever other men are around, mumbling to you about something how he’s only just making space for another Santo despite the many empty chairs sitting around.

If he was really, really, sorry, he wouldn’t hug you from behind and rest his hand beneath the cleavage of your top that he caught one of the boys drooling at.

But at the end of the day, even Oscar himself will admit that he isn’t sorry.

Because if anyone didn’t know who you belonged to, they did now. And that was all he could ask for.
