Hot take, I love how the ISB is portrayed as more than just a little incompetent.

Dedra getting absolutely overwhelmed the second the citizens of Ferrix decide they're more angry than scared.

Heert's team thinking the hospital got raided by at least a 3 person team when it was just Kleya, and then him sitting in the back of the line in his dumb blast vest over his uniform in the apartment complex.

As another post said, the supervisors are ultimately office workers that get given blasters and too much authority. They're space homeland security.

And even the 'tactical team' sent for Kleya. They carry themselves like special forces. If you look alot of them have personalized gear (extra belts, different goggles, etc). Giving real 'cop with a Punisher logo on his vest' vibes. But they get their shit rocked by one droid.

They're all so used to being in complete control they don't even realize they're kind of pathetic.
