i’ve decided i love 9” circular needles!
this is however the first method i’ve tried that effects my gauge so i’m trying a smaller needle to see if that helps 🤷🏼♀️

Strange stripes it is! My newest-completed hat is a mix of stripe types for a slouchy, rolled-brim beanie.
Things are getting interesting now.
Thanks for watching! I hope it was clear enough! The yarn I am using is Babbles Yarns Delicious DK and the colourways are “Sin” and “The Same Moon” Im knitti...
Yeah, remember how I started trying to work through my embarrassingly large collection of leftover yarn from prior projects? And I chose 2 to use in a stranded colorwork hat? And I still hadn’t used either up after finishing that hat?
The appropriate course of action was to immediately start another hat, hedging my bets by adding in a 3rd leftover in some stripey goodness. (Have I ever said how much I love helical striping?)
Here’s how my afternoon began, picking up from where I left off the other day, and finishing this cheerful number. But I still have little bits of yarn left! 😱
i’m obsessed 😍
my first attempt at helical knitting. i am loving it.
it feels like i am flying through this sock!
and it just looks so cute 🥰
