• free flow into the new year • no pictures of today's practice, so here is one from a few weeks ago. I love this photo so much it was so peaceful and sunshine was peaking through after days of darkness and snow. The last two days have felt hectic and fast for me. Yesterday I didn't get into anything serious I stood in the shower and touched my toes and moved my legs around and then collapsed into bed in exhaustion from the day. And today was about closing my eyes and moving and breathing. I did some small twists and mostly moved my hips and my back. A lot of cat cow and Childs pose and that's what felt right. Now I quickly post this as I head off to bed. I just sent off my confirmation email to public speak for my first time at the BC fire fighters conference. I am so nervous but so excited. All in one moment. All is well. Goodnight. ❄️🌱
