I never do this but I wanted these photos to serve as pictures to show my progress. Today was leg day and I did exercises to lift and shape my butt! I came up with some really cool stuff!
(3x1min each leg) Treadmill side squats with incline
(3x1min each leg) Treadmill lunges on incline with back kick
(3x15) Glute bridge hold with weight
(3x10) pulsing squats using barbell
(3x50) calf raises using barbell
(3x10 each leg) Fire hydrants
