So about the T-shaped platform under the chair in room 1011 of Henry's mental hospital...

People have found out the filming location for these scenes:

But the layout also bears a striking similarity to this scene from Metropolis, which was filmed in the same studio as 1899 and now I have all sorts of thoughts about Maria/Futura and Maura. But it's probably just a coincidence (??) so someone please sedate me.

I'm still so obsessed with this scene between Henry and Sebastian in episode 6 because it holds the key to everything, I'm sure of it. (Disclaimer: I'm just theorizing here and not claiming anything I say is for sure true in the 1899-verse) Here Henry just casually picks up what looks like a piece of the virus crystal, and is completely unaffected by it ("there is no spoon"). Also, it makes the same metallic zing when touched as Elliot's pyramid. It's the same material, I swear on my own life.

And we see some implication of the importance of Project Kerberos and its time-sensitive nature, which is surely why Daniel is in such a hurry as well. No matter what everyone's competing final objectives, they're all in the same time crunch because this run of the sim is, for whatever reason, EVERYONE's last chance with regard to the projects (Kerberos and Prometheus) running on the outside.

And that last chance is to WAKE THE FUCK UP. Henry can barely get his own main dude to come around to this. When proffered the crystal/virus, Sebastian is afraid to touch it despite everything Henry just said to him. He's still mentally trapped (or at least that's the impression he gives...). Then the crystal dissolves in Henry's hand, showing that Henry is free mentally. But he's still trapped physically or something, like Daniel implies in his last (😭) scene. The limits of Henry's influence are interesting...

Anyway I will continue to revisit this scene obsessively until I die or until we get answers. I really fucking hope it will be the latter because I can't meet my demise without knowing. That's how important 1899 is to me.
