God protector of lakes, Heryshaf is a deity who dwells in the city of Heracleopolis, where he was born on the nearby banks of the Nile River. He seems to be a good friend of the Faiyum deities, such as Sobek and Renenutet, and he ensures that its waters and canals are guarded against the forces of chaos and disorder.
There was a period during which he gained popularity among humans, but this popularity never went to his head. Instead, it encouraged him to continue performing his duties to the best of his ability.

From The Latest Genshin Arc
Shout out to Thoth, Sobek and Heryshaf for having exactly the kind of amazing and ornate "divine being in human form" NPC character designs that they should've given Mountain Carver and Moon Shaper. This arc has been really good for wonderful NPC designs in general, tbh. WDYM we get a cool dude in medieval robes and a robot mask?!

The ram-headed god striding forward with left leg advanced, right arm at his side, left arm bent at the elbow and held out in front, both hands once holding now-missing attributes, wearing a collar, a short belted kilt and a striated tripartite wig, his head with projecting ears and tapering underslung horns, wearing a plumed atef-crown, fronted by a uraeus, the plumes with a uraeus either side and supported by ram's horns.
