If I were able to see in infrared, would I be able to read a book/note/see a drawing etc.

You would, yes! You’d probably see new colors, but the old colors would still be there. That means that the book/note/drawing might be distorted, but would still be there.

Think it like this: if I’m colorblind I can make a drawing and you’d still see it. I just would see less colors than you. So maybe I confused some colors and you see some spots that I didn’t intend to be there, but the overall shapes and colors are there.

Now, I can see all colors but you can see all of them + infrared. Pretty much the same thing.

I do not. I’ve considered it before - it would be very easy to share news articles on Twitter - but when it comes to the other posts I write I’m not sure I could convey interesting and accurate tidbits about MSE given the character limit. 

If there’s enough interest I might consider it but as for right now it probably won’t happen.

Yeah, but at least one that can be fixed by a literal hop and skip in-game. It doesn’t really have any advantages since your walking speed on the surface is so slow 8l The only use I got out of it was walking over reaper territory on my way from the mountain...which was entirely pointless since I wasn’t even on the reaper side.

I knew this would come up at some point so I should state, my server isnt meant to be a replacement for that one, though I’ll put my personal reasons for why the Reddit Hollow Knight Discord isn’t my first, second, or even fifteenth pick for HK related hangouts under the cut

The Reddit Hollow Knight Discord (otherwise known as the Reddit Server, Big Server, etc.) has several hundred members. It’s not easy to build close connections in a place that large.

A vast variety of those members come from (you guessed it) reddit! And that in itself lends to a lot of people having views that aren’t very,, how should I say this...safe? 

When I was in the reddit server (a brief period of maybe one or two months) My friend and I were openly harassed over our art by several users (who were not banned despite them actively going after us) and less than three weeks ago, I had someone post my art in that server without crediting me (surprise surprise, they received no punishment for that either) so art wise, it’s not that great a community.

There isn’t anywhere to talk about writing specifically that I know of in that server either? It’s mostly gameplay based and there isnt very much room for discussion of ingame lore or AUs or other stuff that my server was specifically made for! So if you love to talk mods, speedrunning, skips, etc. then perhaps the reddit server is perfect for you! But if you’re on more of the creative side regarding fan content, or maybe you just wanna talk about the game casually, then Hollow Lite is where it’s at.
