High Marks [Dye/Wade]

Dye was forever studious and constantly battling for top marks with her fellow brainiac Ravenclaws. Given her curious nature, her hand was often the first up in class to answer a question, or even first to ask one. Dye knew there was always room for improvement, though, and given the demanding household she’d grown up in, she constantly pushed herself to new lengths. As she watched her fellow classmates rush out of the room for lunch, the Ravenclaw lingered, purposefully packing slowly. Her eyes flickered towards her professor. Yes, she was the wisest witch of her age, but lately, Dye had been getting distracted. There was no question why.

“Professor?” She stepped towards his desk, her blue robes brushing against her ankles. “I wondered if there was perhaps any extra credit I could do, to further improve my marks? Or maybe the chance for private tutoring?” She nearly shivered at the thought of time with him alone, but kept her expression void of revealing her thoughts.
