shifting diaries ༊*·˚

shifting attempt #1

today I tried to shift around 11:50am-12pm. I was wanted to try again after a while of not doing it. I tried a method I haven't done before which is just pretend I am already there and thinking in the headspace of my dr self. I didn't have much luck because I ran out of things to think about. It was kind of fun to think about but after like 15 minutes, I started to get really bored and antsy so I just started saying affirmations. I tried for like an hour, I felt some crazy symptoms but I didn't end up shifting. I had some strange sensations though. I felt like someone was looking at me or watching me. which, I am supposed to wake up next to my s/o which is probably what I was feeling. sometimes it's sort of hard for me to visualize on command because my thoughts go haywire and I imagine something scary or something. so I focus on my thoughts instead which helps me visualize better. sometimes I feel like I can't control what I am seeing if that makes sense. I ended up half falling asleep because I got lost in my imagination which led me to be half awake. when I opened my eyes again it was exactly 1:00pm.

sometimes while saying affirmations I forget what I am thinking about and get super off track. I don't know how to let go and trust myself like what does that even mean? I don't get it when all shiftblr says is, "you have to trust yourself" and then do what?😭 I dunno it's so confusing to me. "let go of your doubts" sure let me make them magically disappear. I'll probably try again later because it's fun. I am just confused about things. I am gonna try again after I post this because I am curious to see what will happen.
