continuing my tour of al of London’s Parks that have outdoor fitness areas that include ideal for Calisthenics and Body Weight exercises. This morning I set off to Highgate Woods to try out their fitness Park that unfortunately I can only give a five out of ten and the worst thing about the main fitness area is the mud. So after a rainy start not exactly the best surface from working out on. However, I have a tendency to find alternative equipment that is not part of the fitness trail although ideal for me. As a word of caution if you watch and try has to be your choice.
