Made unicorn bowls for the next few lunches. Spiced chickpeas, golden rice, nutritional yeast, minty peas, sweet spice cabbage, cauliflower and carrots. Out of hot sauce so no faces. Oh well. Tastes epic and sooooo healthy. 2 onions 2 cups rice 320g cauliflower 300g peas 200g cabbage 300g carrou 160g dry chickpeas Spice of life Salt and pepper to taste 4 cups water Love 20g Unicorn magic (substitute with nutritional yeast) 1. Boil chickpeas and steam veggies while you measure out everything. 2. Drain chickpeas (save water) and mixed onion with spices. Add spice of life to cabbage and mint to peas. 3.Add chickpeas mix to a non stick roasting ran and cook for 20 mins at 150c. Add a lil water to a pot and throw in carrots. Cook for 5 mins and add 4 cups water. Bring to Boil add turmiric and ginger with rice and cook till bubbles amarge and cover and lower heat to steam for 25.mins 4. When done put together and call it binto.
