2 years ago, I was introduced to YouTube by a couple of friends in Texas. I started watching AT hikers attempt to thru hike the whole trail. One of the channels I enjoyed is from @chicaandsunsets. In 2017, they successfully hiked the whole AT. They recently moved to Franklin, NC to open an AT hostel. They bought the house and are in the process of getting it ready to open for the 2020 season. They just need a little help raising the last bit of money to get the house ship shape. I love their campaign. It’s not the typical donation only campaign, but more like a kickstarter.
