The fact that Himiko Toga! Reader has fangs and consumes blood just like Miguel causes Miguel's delusions to increase to such an extent that he sees himself as her father.

Oh yes, his delusions are fueled more. Himiko toga!reader probably moves in with him for safety as her old home was vandalized and destroyed which makes him more delusional. He sees himself as your dad now as there is many things that could mistake people of you two being related which feeds his delusions.

He’s so sorry that he was missing most of your childhood but your dad is back! He’s back to apologize and show you he can make everything back! He’s going to make you have a better life with him, your dad is so sorry but you are back home with dad again :)

If you ever crave blood he has a blood bag on hand for you. He truly cares for you and has to much pity for you. He does get you to talk with Therapist Spider-man for your crazyish behavior but it’s all for the best.
