Missing punchline

Okay so my mom was retelling a Spanish joke she found on Facebook to my sister. The joke goes like this (be warned its a crude joke): A Mexican and Chapin(a Guatemalan) go on a trip up a mountain and find an abandoned cabin to stay for the night. There isn't much in the cabin, obviously since its, except for a bed. The Mexican decides to take advantage of the Guatemalan's politeness and takes the bed, making the Guatemalan sleep on the floor. Later that night a male ghost comes and says, "I am the ghost Cocoliso, who ever is on the bed I'm going to fuck." Then provides to have sex with the Mexican on the bed. The following morning, the Mexican is super pissed about the whole ghost thing and decides to stay one more night to have the Chapin get raped by the ghost too. That night, the Mexican sleeps on the floor, and the ghost comes again. The ghost says, "I am the ghost Cocoliso and whoever is on the floor I'm going to fuck." And that's the end of the joke. When I first heard it I didn't think it was all that funny, if anything real mean, but when she told my sister, my sister thought it over then said, "What if the Chapin is the Cocoliso?" And then everything clicked for me and my mom! My mom went hysterical, nearly choking on her coffee with laughter.
