It's Finally Here!
Hello everyone!
After the long wait, I've finally officially published my piece in the Hall of Fame Zine (@halloffamezine) on Ao3! My piece, Soul of the Ocean, focuses on Wallace's anxieties about becoming the new Guardian of Sootopolis City in the fallout of Hoenn's calamity.

Working with so many talented writers, artists, and moderators was such an incredible experience for my very first zine contribution. I'm so thankful for each and every person involved in this zine.
I had a blast writing this piece as it balances Wallace's internal doubts and expands upon the worldbuilding of Sootopolis City and the Hoenn Region as a whole.

New locations in the advanced series
When it comes to rewriting and updating the advanced series, it might be important to go over the new locations in the Hoenn Region and their role in the advanced series. Here are the new locations...
Littleroot Town - hometown of Brendan Birch and Professor Birch. Ash and Pikachu meet May, Brendan, and Professor Birch here. Near the end of “Get the Show on the Road”, Ash gets Treeko, May gets Torchic, and Brendan gets Mudkip.
Mt. Pyre - the location of the Red Orb and the Blue Orb. Magma Leader Maxie gets the Red Orb (to control Groudon) ... and Aqua Leader Archie gets the Blue Orb (to control Kyogre)
Sootopolis City - during the Groudon/Kyogre arc, Groudon and Kyogre meet and fight here, and as the two fight, the Regis; Regirock, Regice, and Registeel, try to contain the fighting Groudon and Kyogre until Rayquaza arrives (after Max gets the Jade Orb and absorbs it to call Rayquaza). Later in the advanced series, Ash and the AG gang arrive here so Ash can challenge Wallace to a Gym Battle.
Sky Pillar - during the Groudon/Kyogre arc, (Winona’s) Skarmory flys Max to here to retrieve the Jade Orb in order to call Rayquaza to fight Groudon and Kyogre.
Safari Zone - in season 9 (Pokémon Battle Frontier), the hoenn gang takes a trip to the Safari Zone to explore and even do a little friendly competition to see who can catch the most Pokémon before time runs out.
Edit: this is all I can think of at the moment. But don’t worry, I’ll put more here when they come to mind. So stay tuned.
