🍔 Review № 590 ━ 📍 Grill Midtown ★★★★☆ • Grill Midtown in Höganäs first opened shop in 2020, and offer an extensive menu of kebabs, pasta, sausages and of course hamburgers. Their burger menu consists of 7 beef burgers plus chicken and halloumi alternatives. We ordered their Double Cheeseburger with two 100-gram beed patties, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onions and a house sauce for just 75 SEK (7 USD). • Our burger arrived after just a few minutes, and it looked really promising from the get go. The ratios were great and it felt great in our hands. A warm and lightly toasted bun is usually a good sign that the burger chef knows what's up, and after just a couple of bites we knew that Höganäs had a new top dog. The patties had a great crust and were really juicy, working excellently with the cheese. The only thing that was missing was a bit more black pepper. The bun was soft and fluffy, and the vegetables added a fresh and crispy texture without being too cold. Their house sauce was quite nice, but a bit too sweet and they'd slathered on a bit too much of it as well. • Not only do Grill Midtown serve excellent burger, but they also do so at an amazing price-point.
