Enjoy these tasty gluten-free chocolate raspberry candy bars that are easy to make and only need 5 ingredients. Rich chocolate, sweet raspberry jam, and crunchy almonds will make you feel good when you're craving something sweet.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups gluten-free chocolate chips. 1/2 cup raspberry jam gluten-free. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut. 1/4 cup sliced almonds.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch baking pan, leaving some overhang on the sides to make it easy to take off. For 30 seconds at a time, stir 1 cup of chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave until the mixture is smooth. Put the melted chocolate into the pan that has been prepared. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly. For about 10 minutes, put it in the freezer to set. Before you start setting the chocolate, mix the raspberry jam and almond flour together in a bowl until everything is well mixed. After taking the pan out of the freezer, spread the raspberry jam mixture over the chocolate layer in a thin layer. Put the almond slices and coconut flakes on top of the raspberry jam layer. To melt the last 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, do it the same way you did the first cup. Pour the melted chocolate over the layer of almonds and coconut. Put the pan back in the freezer and wait at least an hour, or until the candy bars are firm. When the candy bars are hard, use the extra parchment paper to lift them out of the pan. Cut them into squares or bars after putting them on a cutting board. Enjoy your gluten-free Chocolate Raspberry Candy Bars!
