Jubilee’s father lives Au ideas:

Both her parents were nearly killed by Hitmen when Jubilee was really young but her father managed to survive long enough for the ambulance to arrive.

Her mother did not make it however and died at the scene of the crime, leaving Jubilee with a lot of trauma and became more parinoid

Dr Lee managed to pull through in the hospital and after months of recovery was discharged to look after his daughter who had stayed with at his neighbor for the time.

He was devastated over his wife’s death but made sure to be there for his daughter as well as it had been awhile since they actually bonded, he promised himself to look after her especially since she was in a rough state

He did not know the reason for the hit that was put on him and his family but has been more catuous towards anyone he meets and at one point tried to hire a private investigator to find out who did.

Jubilee had grown more isolated since the incident, she wasnt as social as she once was but Dr Lee eventually enrolled her to see a therapist to help.

It became a single parent home from then on, so Dr Lee had to work longer hours to make up the difference.

He was unable to be a constant figure in Jubilee’s life so he ended up contacting his sister, Hope Lee after a long time of losing contact. Hoping she would be able to help look after his daughter while he worked because he couldn’t rely on his neighbors to look after Jubilee constantly

It serveral weeks and a lot of convincing but Hope did help out her younger brother after tying up loose ends in her line of work to make the move happen. So Hope looked after Jubilee while her bother was away at work.

Jubilee’s and her dads realtionship became more strained as she didn’t see him as often as he would like. But he does try to carve out some time for her to spend time with her

Jubs is more withdrawed socially in this Au, not as upbeat but still willing to help others, lmore paranoid and it’s taking her a bit to trust others with her feelings but will to those that are willing to listen

4th December, Hope Lee

The Calendar Woman for 4th December is Hope Lee (2015)

Hope Lee was a baby girl who died just over an hour after being born and became the youngest organ donor in the UK. She suffered from a condition called anencephaly where the neural tube that develops into the brain and spinal cord fails to close during the first few weeks of embryonic development, leaving the brain exposed to amniotic fluid and causing nervous tissue to break down. Foetuses with anencephaly often die before or just hours after birth, and Hope’s parents decided to go ahead with the birth in order that she might live and provide life-saving organs for other people. Her kidneys were donated to an adult man and her liver cells were frozen for people in need of a liver transplant in the future. She was survived by her twin brother, Josh.  

"When we heard the transplant had taken place it instantly took some of the pain away. Today she is still living on inside someone else and it helps with the grief, it’s taken some of the pain away… I don’t think anyone spoke during the 74 minutes, we just all gave her cuddles."
