Dabihawks nation I'm looking for a fic please help 😭
I can't find it because I don't remember the complete plot I just remember this scene where hawks tells dabi something like "you become your mother when I'm angry and your father when you're angry" because dabi had these habits like Rei like fiddling with his hands when he was afraid? Does anyone recognize this?
This is so vague ajdhdj but this line has just been in my mind for the past week and I can't remember which fic it was from and it's driving me crazy I've searched like variation of this line but cant find it

Summary: When Viktor accompanies his siblings on their first robbery in Piltover, he doesn't expect to find himself in a workshop of a person trying to achieve the impossible. He especially doesn't expect to meet an even more impossible man
Snippet:
Viktor had to admit, as much as he was glad that this worked, it didn't feel good to threaten an innocent man, he hadn't really done anything but made the mistake of easily getting scammed and thus making an easier target.
But Viktor had to make sure his siblings would be safe. “You won't tell the enforcers anything, and it's not like we took anything that you can't replace right?”
The man nodded, though he didn't even know what they had taken.
Viktor should leave, but there was something about the earnestness in the man's eyes, he didn't even look angry, just worried. And they had taken enough, he could give one thing back. “And by the way, your calculation is wrong in the fourth row. You're supposed to square both variables, not just one.”
Viktor didn't know what he expected, confusion for the sudden topic change, derision at him pointing out the mistake, but it wasn't for the man to quite literally light up and exclaim, “I've been stuck on this for days. How did you figure that out? You're a genius!”

All the art and posts about satosugu's death anniversary are making me want to write again so here's a drabble about infinity
—
They've just finished a mission when Suguru notices it. As they stand on the sidewalk, waiting for the driver to come pick them up, Satoru keeps rubbing his eyes, and his shoulders are drooping from exhaustion.
“Are you okay?” Suguru asks.
“I'm fine,” Satoru says shortly.
“Satoru,” Suguru chides, because by now he knows how often Satoru works through exhaustion, and how overwhelming his six eyes can be. “Are your eyes hurting again?”
The way Satoru looks away is an answer in on itself.
Suguru steps forward and raises his hand to cover Satoru's eyes, he has done it enough times for it to be a habit now– until Satoru can shut himself in a dark room this is how they make do on long missions.
But when Suguru doesn't feel the flutter of his eyelashes against his palm, he frowns. “You still have infinity on?”
“We're outside,” Satoru argues, and steps away from Suguru’s hand, as if reminded that he's not supposed to have any weaknesses here, exposed like this.
Suguru understands; the school is the safest and he knows that Satoru would prefer to only drop infinity once they've reached back, but sometimes he agrees to drop it once they're in the car.
Suguru would let it be, but it'll still take the driver some time to be here, and Satoru's eyes are already red-rimmed.
“It'll be okay, you don't sense anyone around right?” Suguru tries to convince him. “And I'll protect you.” He flicks his wrist and the rainbow dragon appears. The curse looks gigantic on the sidewalk, but he knows that it'll work best to make Satoru less wary.
Like most of his curses, it's very fond of Satoru, so it huddles around him, nudging his shoulder. Satoru rolls his eyes but isn't completely successful in hiding his smile as he turns to pet it, finally dropping infinity.
Suguru smiles, a little surprised by the sheer relief he feels at that, at seeing the tension in Satoru's shoulders loosen a little.

I knew you in another life chapter 5
Jayce meets Viktor's family
Jayce stood in front of the mirror in his room after changing his waistcoat for the tenth time. He just couldn't decide on one.
“You'll be fine,” Jayce told his reflection. His reflection stared back with a frightened face.
Sighing, he turned back and looked at the mess he had made of his room trying to decide what to wear.
Last week, Viktor had told him what had happened– and after assuring Jayce that yes, he was okay. No, he did not need to file a complaint against the enforcer. Yes, Silco and Vander had taken care of it. No, that did not mean Silco had him killed, that had been a joke– Viktor had brought up that they wanted to meet him.
To say that Jayce was terrified was an understatement. There had to be a better way of meeting them than because of the fact that they found out about him because Viktor was almost arrested. They probably hated him already and he hadn't even met them yet.
