I am so HYPED for The Ancient Magus Bride: Season 2, part 2 dropping the first episode just before Samhain. It's so right for this anime.

Sort of horror in a way, more, the art is filled with interesting creatures and magical beings, skulls, that kind of thing. More, horror graphics than scary. I personally find this series very peaceful and comforting to binge watch and go to sleep with it playing, but I enjoy creepy things haha.

Horror Challenge

If I existed in an alternate reality where I was a major horror character or trope, I would choose the following 3 and these are the reasons why:

- The Tooth Fairy (Darkness Falls, 2003)

Reasons, include: legendary, wears a mask and cloak, collects bones, has wings, hates people, controls shadows, embodiment of darkness.

- Samara (The Ring, 2002)

Reasons, include: youthful, but powerful, can hurt you with a stare if she wanted to, glorious black hair, might control a portal to hell.

- Poltergeist (franchise, 1982-1988)

Reasons, include: pure wraith, shapeshifter, controls liminal spaces, is the skeleton in your mirror, uses tv as telephone, can make the trees eat people, can level your entire house.
