Design, a Key Element to Home Building

Design is a key element in building a custom home and it is often overlooked.  The first questions often asked by a sales professional to a potential new home client is, "How much square footage are you looking for and how many rooms do you need?"   Seems logical, right? 

I have my own theory I've worked by for years that leaves my clients grinning ear to ear for years.  A client should do most of the talking!  My job is to listen to how they live, the things they see helping them, and where they want their payments to be.  From here, I can begin to offer solutions.  As a professional, this is my job.  We've built in bunk beds, added organizers, found ideal counter tops fitting a clients needs, appliances... and more.  Where does the family spend their most of their time?  What do they enjoy doing?  Solution Selling is something you'll hear me talk about all the time!
