ooc | Sarah & Claire

Okay, so Sarah is a homicide detective who was supposed to leave town/retire, but ends up staying when she starts work on a new case days before she leaves and gets too involved and yeah. So, anyway, she's sold her house/apartment and is basically staying at the Bates Motel/then later the Independence Inn and she'd probably meet Claire there? And I think she'd probably make a point to get to know her when she realizes that she's pregnant and going to be a single mom, b/c she raised her son on her own, too, and like knows 1000% what it's like to do it by yourself. She's also an orphan, so she knows what it's like in the system if you don't get adopted and basically she'd advise her against giving him up unless she knows he's going to be adopted. And while Sarah really doesn't have many friends b/c she's a total workaholic, I think she'd take a real interest in Claire and just want to make sure that she's okay and is there for her if she needs anything. <3

Vodka on the Rocks | Lucille & Claire

Lucille was a heavy drinker on most days, but when she was surrounded by her friends and social rivals, she drank like her life depended on it. Especially when her children all being a complete embarrassment. At least she caught Emily giving Lorelai an expression that meant she was just as horrified with her own daughter's behavior. 

Just as long as she could keep Gob away from giving some kind of performance. 

Still, the thought alone was enough for her to down the rest of her drink in one gulp. "Here," she said, thrusting the empty glass at the closest waitress. "Get me a vodka rocks. And make it a double."

King of the Rats | Charlie & Claire

Charlie's job at the pub was to keep the place (and the surrounding areas) clean. He did the work that no one else wanted to do and he was good at it. And while he didn't mind doing all the dirty work, it would be nice to be appreciated once in awhile. But then, showing gratitude wasn't a strong suit of any of his friends. 

He had stumbled across a nest of rats that had made a home in the alleyway besides the bar. So Charlie had gone and smashed them all to death with a club. 

Turning the corner with his bloody weapon, he almost ran right into a young blonde woman. "Whoa, sorry. Didn't see you," He said, giving an apologetic smile. In the next moment, he noted her gaze fall on the club he was holding, "Oh. Yeah, this. Oh my god, I just found a rat's nest. Slaughtered about 200 of 'em. You probably don't want to head down the alley," He said, "It's like a war zone."

At the Pie Hole | Claire & Marshall

Marshall loved food. He had several places that he would frequent in Hillwood; places that he could easily live off of for the rest of his life if he had to. But one of the best places, was the Pie Hole. He could literally go on and on about the pie there - especially the apple, which was his favorite - for a good fifteen minutes. 

He had no idea what Ned did to them, but they were delicious and pie anywhere else dulled by comparison. 

He was standing up by the counter, looking at the fresh selections behind the glass. They had just sold the last piece of apple to the man in front of Marshall - after Marshall had gotten into the mood for it - and now he had to pick a second choice. But would he go with peach? Blueberry? Was that cinnamon and sugar. 

He looked over his shoulder to see that there was a young blonde girl in line behind him. "Oh, here. You go first. I'm going to be awhile. There's no way I'm going to be making up my mind anytime soon."

( Okay so first, I just love your s/n okay? It's so perfect. XDDD And second, so we kinda talked about Lorelai/Claire a little bit, but I had a few questions before we start them. First, so like in LOST you know how Claire was coming to America to give her kid up for adoption, is that pretty much what you are going to say is her reason for being here? And, if so maybe she could be staying at the Independence Inn and meet Lorelai that way? Or were you thinking something completely different, haha? Also your first gif for her is just so adorable and perfect I CANNOT. )
