Sebastian looked down at his feet, a chuckle escaping his lips as he shook his head. Bringing his eyes back up to hers. “Listen Nim, I hate to break it to you but none of us are really in control of ourselves.” Pushing himself away from the wall he had been propped against. He had heard it was supposed to be a nice day out, the sun high in the sky and it was even supposed to be warm. Sebastian had been debating on going outside, maybe even into Hogsmeade. “What are your plans for the day, Nim? Looks like you could use a trip to Hogsmeade, maybe grab a butterbeer or two while we're there. Whatddya say?”
Plans? Plans. Plaaaaans? Well, Fig wasn't there, not that she needed him, at the moment. The Keepers had paused in their trials, for the moment and Nimue was stuck twiddling her thumbs, waiting. This wasn't how her first year was supposed to go! Don't neglect your friends, Fig had told her. She hadn't. In fact, she'd taken to absolutely demolishing school rules with several people now, Sebastian included. Normal, though... normal could be nice?
"I think we're the only thing we control, y'know? Just ourselves." Which sucks, she thought. She wanted nothing more than to control the narrative and fix everyone's problems. "Hogsmeade sounds nice... just no trolls, this time, maybe? Just because I can fight one doesn't mean I want to. Wandering and a butterbeer sounds nice. And a trip to Honeydukes?" The last bit came out as a hopeful sort of question.
