Imagine being so good at writing childrens stories

You become famous for it. Like fr. There are hundreds of thousands of childrens books out there and i can only name like 3 authors who are famous for it. The grimm bros, Dr. Seuss, and shel Silverstein. But how does one get so good they rise above the sea of childrens books there are today and get their works recognized nationally, or even internationally. Like, dr Seuss has his own little mini holiday!
