Kara refused to squirm as the petite woman, Lucy, eyed her for a long moment. She refused to show anything, being use to new employers questioning her simply because she was a woman in a field that was heavily consider to be a “man’s” job. So she instead kept herself perfectly still and waited.
After another few moments, Lucy let out a huff and nodded once. “Fine,” she muttered as she turned from looking at Kara and over towards her agent. “As along as she doesn’t interfere too much, and I still get some time to myself, I’ll play nice and by the rules.”
Kara arched a brow and swallowed her reaction to snort. Most of her clients promised to abide by the rules but never did. She wondered as the model’s agent began going over the rules once again, what sort of tricks Lucy would pull to get around them.
