geralt is the kind of hero who is constantly wishing he were the protagonist of a horse movie instead of whatever shit hes dealing with at the moment
funniest part of gamestock (and the part that's probably going to lead to horrid legislation about average people online trading) is the rich hedgefund assholes who are calling what the redditors did "hacking" because legally buying stock in a company and in no way using code is totally hacking yall
Toph became a cop in LoK on a dare from Sokka she didn't give a shit about "law" and "order" Sokka just turned to her and said "I bet you couldn't run a police force" and she went "fuck you" and did it out of spite.
last night I had a vision of an alternate timeline where griffin mcelroy got cancelled for the line “what’s up everybody I think dogs should vote” so maybe this isnt the darkest timeline after all
I love that age of calamity has just doubled down on link being a weird little dude who will just eat anything like in botw he was a little apprehensive about eating a frog but in aoc? Daruk gives him a rock? munch.
love the theory that Jaskier is part elf and that's why he doesnt age so heres some headcanons:
at first Geralt thinks Jask knows and wants to keep it on the dl so it doesnt affect him so much and is willing to keep up the charade because he knows what it's like to be hated and persecuted
eventually he and Yen figured out that Jask genuinely doesnt know and geralt decides not to tell him because you know what its gonna be funny when he figures it out on his own
he and Yen have a running bet as to how long it'll take for him to realize, Yen bets earlier hence the "the crows feet are new" comment in order to get him to realize that he hasnt actually aged, Geralt thinks it'll take him until he's at the very least 65 to realize
Once Cirilla meets him and finds out his age she asks why he looks so young. Yen is so hopeful that this will be the moment she wins the bet
she doesn't, he just talks about the importance of skin care, later she will rant to Geralt that skin care doesnt make you look 18 when you're in your 40's
They explain the situation to Cirilla, she is delighted and guesses that he'll never actually figure it out and will end up being told
She's right
Jask is well into his 60's and doesnt look a day over 25 when an enemy finally tells him
he is genuinely surprised at the news
Cirilla gets a very handsome sum of money from Geralt and Yen
so about that new @aliceandthenightmare character Rhoda...
