A DNA test my mother took showed that we had an Ashkenazi ancestor about five hundred years ago, but this is me six months into conversion. While admitting that I’m not yet fully Jewish, I know that this is my community and going to synagogue feels like being around family (in the good way), and I so look forward to being obligated on the mitzvot, rather than permitted on most. oh, it’s real and apparently you can still get a prescription for it in the US??? 

i know fallen london. i have an account but stopped playing bc it felt like it went over my head and needed more brainpower than i actually have. (though back then i was almost as depressed as i am now so that lack of brainpower was probably just as real as it felt.)
