I don’t know about you guys but me! I have been extra loving to myself and my loved ones. I don’t know what is in the air, but i feel a lot of love.

I have taking care of my mind and body and it shows out it the most affectionate way to the world. I feel gentle, soft, just a gift to this world and it all started by me telling myself how much i am in love with myself.

We’ve all been guilty of talking down on ourselves and others — especially on bad days. it happens. we’ve all done it. But the thing is… we don’t always realize how much the words we speak shape the way life unfolds for us.

I used to be such a negative person,a people-pleaser. Like someone deep in a victim mindset and during that time everything in my life was going wrong.

i would look in the mirror and tell myself how ugly i felt, how unloved i was, how nothing in my life ever seemed to work out and the wild part is — my life actually started to reflect that.

The more i spoke negatively, the more negativity found me. It was like i was manifesting my own bad luck without even knowing it. And i was sick of it, so when i moved away for college, i decided i wanted more for myself.

I was tired of being sad, tired of feeling small so i started practicing positive affirmations. Just little things at first, like saying out loud that i was beautiful, that i was lucky, that things were going to work out for me and slowly, they did.

I realized i had spoken so much of my pain into existence before and now i wanted to speak something better.

So i faked it till i made it —i told myself i was the luckiest girl ever and honestly? It worked.

Suddenly, amazing things started happening to me —like, a lot of them, i started to love myself more, set boundaries and i just felt… lighter. happier. Life stopped feeling like punishment and more like possibility.

Then i began to talk about the things i wanted — the dream career, the soft peace, the version of myself i always imagined. I wrote them down, i spoke them out loud and one by one, my dreams started unfolding in front of me.

For many years, your girl could be triggered by literally anything. Someone would talk about my past, have an assumption about me and all, these things would get me so hurt. Ew right?

But so long are those day. I realized that i was giving way too much power to people opinion on me. I cared too much. And one day, i stopped caring. It was not my job to prove myself to no one, i was not my job to control every narrative about me. All that i could do was to work on me and improving myself.

And then i found that beautiful concept that is the art of detachment! And babes, it change my life! I couldn’t care less about nuuun honey. My world started to only revolve around me. I started to be the center of my own universe and all the goodness in the world started to fall on my lap.

So it is time for me to share what i learned with you guys!

1. Romanticize Yourself, Not the Outcome

Instead of obsessing over a text, a job, or someone’s opinion, focus on how you show up. For example: someone doesnt want to hang out, dont even worry about it; this means you have more time for self care, hell take yourself on a date! You stay soft, but you keep your power.

2. Be the Girl Who’s Okay Either Way

The most magnetic energy is: “If it works out, amazing. If not, I’ll still be glowing.”

It’s not fake confidence — it’s trust in yourself and the universe.

3. Don’t Chase — Attract

When you’re attached, you chase validation. When you’re detached, you become validation. And say it agaiiiiin!

As you may know by reading thing blog, i have been working on myself and self image for years. From being a huge people pleaser and dictating my life to the male gaze, i am supper proud to say that NO ONE CAN SHAME ME FOR SH*T!

Shame is a feeling that only has power when used against you. Shame comes someone else perception of you, when you know yourself and are secure with who you are, no one can make you feel any type of way about your self

• NO ONE IS PERFECT, everyone has made mistake, changed, grew up and so did you. We all have flaws and when you embrace yours, no one can use them against you.

• Practice saying: “Yes, that’s me. And I’m cool with it.” What can anyone say after down. Accountability is baller!

2. Reframe Embarrassment

• Instead of seeing embarrassing moments as failures, see them as human moments. Lessons that have been learned ! Baddies always evolve

3. Build Competence

• Confidence grows from skills. The more you master things you care about (sports, music, coding, public speaking, fitness, etc.), the less small things shake you. Like guys no joke, i am so smart that i knew i can win most arguments.

What they dont tell you about turning 30

I am currently 29 and going to turn 30 in less than 6months and i realized that i have been lie to so bad about what 30 actually looks like. For so long i have felt that my 30s would be the point where everything is going to be different in my life. AND THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH!

So let’s get into it bestie — Let’s talk about the glow-up of expectations vs. reality for women in their 30s. Because spoiler alert: being in your 30s in today’s world is NOT your mama’s 30s. Let’s break it down in full loves✨

💕Expectation #1: “You should be married with kids by now.”

Debunked Reality: Babe, the only ring you need right now might just be your Stanley cup handle.

Women today are prioritizing self-discovery, career goals, travel, and peace — and guess what? There’s no expiration date on love or family. Some women are choosing kids later, some not at all, and some are building empires solo. All are valid. 👑

💕Expectation #2: “You should have a house, a stable job, and be settled.”

Debunked Reality: Okay but, have you seen the housing market?! 😭

Back in September, i went and had a facial and asked the beauticians ways i could improved my skin from home. She explained to me that there are fews ways to keep my skin plump like taking collagen and a simple skincare routine, but then she introduced me to red light therapy.

So what is it: Think of red light therapy like giving your skin and body a gentle, glowing “energy bath.” ✨

A special soft red light (kind of like a cozy sunset glow) that you shine on your skin.

🌞My new morning Routine!

You know one thing about me is that i am all about self care and self improvement. Since the beginning of this year, i have been having a hard time sticking to my morning routine. Even though I have been hitting my 10k steps, worked out at least 5 days a week, drank a ton of water, life has been feeling super unbalanced.

Then i realized the reason, i could barely wake up early, always feeling tired and overwhelmed is because i was putting to much on my shoulders. I have been doing to much all the time! Even my rest time was about achieving something and from there no surprise your girl has been a shadow of herself. My health and self care were no longer about improvement and giving more love to myself, but it all became a task that i was no longer wanting to do.

So i realized things needed to change, so i am starting with a new morning and night routine - that is all about balance, care and recentering. Yes i want to be disciplined and be my best self but i also need to balance it out with taking care of my mental health!

Here is my updated morning routine!

Waking up at 5:30 and drunk a cup of water ( luke to warm )

Taking a 10min mindfulness ( meditation or visualization )

Drink more water

15min workout ( i try to do a 30 days pilate challenge nothing too intense but enough for me to be active )

45-1h walk on my walking pad ( but if you can go out and connect with nature )

By then it is around 7am , then i start getting ready for work!

You wont see no mention of breakfast or food because i do intermittent fasting and usually get my first meal around 10am. I got amazing result by going hard last years, but now being a month away from my 30s, my focus is all about feeling good because the looks have already been secured!

Something that i realized as the year advanced, we all need to take better care of our inside so the outside can really shine!

I have missed my tumblr community and will try to be more active and come with more gem about how to take better care of ourselves and be the baddies we were always meant to be!
