The hardest part of keeping up with my physical therapy stretches for my shoulder is, without a doubt, remembering to keep my shoulder relaxed. That thing wants to tighten up because of the strain/pressure of maintaining a slow stretch. But it needs to stay relaxed.
At least the stretches do help. My shoulder has been really bad so it's going to take a lot of consistency and time to fix it but it will get there. At least it isn't causing blinding pain anymore. It's more back to the "very annoying shoulder tic" now that causes a lot of discomfort.
