Mead is done! From left to right we have Pure Honey, Twist of Orange, Cinnamon Dust, Whole Blueberry, and Crushed Blueberry

I think it all tastes like fucking gasoline but the housemates assure me it's roughly on par with other leads they've had before. More fruit next time though, for sure.

I bought. A lot of mason jars. Like too many. We are out of shelf space because we now have three gallons of experimental mead.
