what was i just feeling stressed about omg the worst feelng when you just remembered something that stressed you then immediately forget what it was bcs you have adhd but are still left with the stressful feeling plus now the anxiety of not knowing what the stressful things was or how to / if you can fix it bcs you dont rmember what it was!!!!!
