The end of 2019 wasn’t good; December especially is a horrible month for a number of reasons, but we survived and are back. This is my first PT session 2020 and are planning a schedule so that my goal of the Melbourne Marathon will be achievable! It won’t be easy but it’ll be off my bucket list which I’m slowly adding to suggestions are welcome there many be some that can be done or need adapting due to the Muscular Dystrophy but that’s the fun of thinking outside the box!
