My workout today was an angry workout sort of, I think my PT knew I wasn’t happy! My dreaded bike got 5 minutes and boxing got a massive workout with my arms now killing and hands a bit sore. But even though my mood was 100% I did it because I’m sick to death of the following “oh when are you going to lose weight”, well I’m down a dress size “oh you don’t look it” Or me saying I’m aiming to do a park run by the end of the year, even if only 1/2 way around the reply “I don’t know, you’ll never do it” Or my big goal for my 50th birthday; run 3 or 5km in Melbourne marathon (it’s actually on my birthday day!) reply well you’ll never do that BUT they can say what they want because I’m thinking outside the box, I’m working out a way to archive my goals. I have a huge support network in Healthy Mummy and friends and the main thing is I not doing it for their approval!
