When i was a little girl i soo wanted to grow up and become an adult and do all the things that they do, like everyone else. So, i did grow up and when you realise ohh this is how it is, this is how we are supposed to happen. We be mature, we react in certain ways and face bigger complications ( which we perceive as complications because we are still figuring out how life works)because thats how and what all grown ups do. I wished to go back to that same lil innocent me who knew nothing but happiness and love. But not anymore," acceptance is the key" that that little girl in me could never learn. I am soo happy i grew bigger and am still growing just to learn and experience how wonderfully i myself can change things around me. Because its only me who could do that. My monday leg day workout sure gets me sore like anything at the end of the day.. but its definitely worth it.. If we stop believing in ourselves or the affirmation that are going to keep us going (for eg- i am the best or i have the perfect body or i am going to be the most powerful person on the planet or every decision i make in my life is right for me ), it might just delay the whole process of us getting more.positive in life.. This is something i learnt today in my yoga class.
