Does anyone here struggle with chronic illness? Does anyone ever get so defeated that their body is trying to kill them? I have been at home on the couch for the past two days unable to eat or do anything but sleep. I need to find people who get it. My friends and family all just say I should go out and exercise cause it will make me feel better...
I love having IBD and having to run to the washroom when I'm out at value village only for it to be locked and the key is at the front of the store...
