I’ve decided to enter Franz into the Jubilee OCT with this team of 50/50 titans/foxes so get ready for some shenanigans. :’D
Timeline-wise, Jubilee is set in 2021, which is about five years after the events of Icebound, so Franz will seem to be a little more mellowed out than his backstory will show. He’s had some time to sort his crap out.

Fire Team:
Pro: More sexually experienced so there won't be any awkwardness and they'll know exactly where to touch to get that cloud nine experience
Con: PO - I feel like it wouldn't mean very much to them? Not in a shallow way, just that it's a pleasurable activity rather than some defining moment. That's not to say that they're not romantic/don't see it as a romantic thing but they wouldn't feel very different between the first time or fiftieth time
Ice Team
Pro: PO - You know I was so close to calling this team "Touch Starved Avoidants"? I love them but they wouldn't touch love with a barge pole! That being said, I think intimate sex would be a very daunting experience because it means making yourself completely vulnerable to another person. While the Fire Team seem like they'd initiate sex pretty early on in the relationship, I feel the Ice Team will wait until they can trust you before they initiate intimate sex which can take ages. Literally AGES. If they actually want to be in a relationship with you, it's because they care very deeply about you and as a consequence will take things slow. Your first time would be very tender and after that, you are closer than ever. And because of that, I feel they'd be more easy about opening up to you both emotionally and physically.
Con: Inexperienced. Or if they are experienced it would be entirely physical experience so intimate sex will mean your first time with them might be quite awkward and rigid. However, I think once they pass that emotional barrier with you, they'd be very happy to have intimate sex with you more often.

Scenario 4: Sickness
Oh dear, do I hear sniffles? As the vows go: "in sickness and in health" and let me tell you, these men will make you a top priority the second they are aware you are feeling under the weather but the two teams will go about it differently. Do you prefer good bedside manner or effective medical treatment? So now the vote! Which team would you want to take care of you?
Fire Team:
PO: Very good bedside manner! Any spare time they have will be spent keeping you company. They'll also be willing to give you all the hugs and kisses you want despite knowing it means they'll probably get sick next!
Ice Team:
PO: No bedside manner at all really? Not because they don't like taking care of you but the idea of "bedside manner" confuses them. "How is sitting with someone more beneficial than aiding their recovery?" If they have any spare time, it will be spent either getting doctors to check on you, getting medicine/painkillers, making soup for you etc. So compared to the Fire Team, your period of illness will be shorter but more lonely.
Scenario 3: comfort
Awww don't be sad! I know - all you want right now is hot chocolate, cuddles and someone to talk to who will listen to you as well. But who do you want there? So now the vote! Which team will comfort you?
Fire Team:
Pro - PO: ALL THE CUDDLES AND KISSES YOU COULD WISH FOR! I mean you have two pyromancers (are firebenders the same as pyromancers?) So being hugged is like being wrapped in a burrito
Con - PO: They are generally impulsive people and so if you give a name of someone who hurt you, they will go to fight that person before actually making sure you're okay first which can be more problematic if you just needed to vent
Ice Team:
Pro - PO: Their quiet disposition actually works out better here. They will listen to what you have to say and will give you very sound advice
Con - PO: If you are looking for physical comfort, they may not be that much use... (Seto I love you but you have the hugability of a lamp post) for example, Liang's naturally cold body temperature, Seto's frame, Bucky's metal arm etc. I mean eventually they will get better at physical comfort but initially not really
