I've got therapy tomorrow, we will see how it will go. Last week she asked me to go to the psych ward, but I didn't want to and now it's worse than last week

Im at that point where even small talk gets hard cause I don't wanna say a thing at all.

I don't want to think or to feel things and I'm at that point where I believe it would be the best of I km.
