Okay listen--
Everyone is saying that "Molly is still in there" which is awesome and well and good but what if it is not that?
I may be wrong, but has it ever been proven that Molly and Lucien are complete separate beings? Molly was an portion of Lucien's whole, right?
What if it isn't a Lucien vs Molly-who-is- trapped-inside situation but instead is a call to force Lucien to remember being good?
I don't know--I think it would be much more heartbreaking for Lucien and Molly to slowly merge together. Maybe Lucien starts making references that he shouldn't know. He starts realizing who he is with. Someone calls out Mollymauk's name and he responds. He starts lightening up, acting in ways he used to be. And slowly, he starts realizing what he's done.
