And within the first 20 seconds I started shipping them

Oregon said “State compact proposal” and I was like “so they’re getting married” and was immediately pleased when the next line was Florida saying the exact same thing

Florida: There's no way you're married, right?

Idaho: Happily for decades.

After the meeting

Oregon (to Idaho): We should really just tell Florida we're married.

what if the reason oregon and idaho were so defensive about what their boundary proposal meant for their relationship was because they were already secretly married. happily. for decades.

He took Idaho to his first Pride. Idaho was suuper nervous about it, struggling with his sexuality, worried what people would think, etc. But Oregon just kept reassuring him that everything was okay, that he would stand up for him no matter what, that he would make sure Idaho had a great time. And he did! Idaho had a blast, and Oregon was so stoked to be there for this important moment in his life.
